You work to ensure that production runs smoothly – You need a clear production regulation, insight into the current production plan as well as the status of the individual jobs in the departments and the condition of the machines.
The product: Work preparation passes on the production instructions clearly and transparently as a digital order folder: work steps, materials, quantities, rejects for every job in every department.
Information An information system is connected to the pocket that informs the teams concerned about important changes – such as changes to editions – or actively draws attention to additional information in the order. The message is confirmed and the necessary steps are taken.
Plan The digital planning board, ROGLER | Plan, is the central instrument that brings together and visualizes all processes in the company. The planner takes over the jobs released for production from work preparation and schedules them according to their dates. A multitude of features and instruments support this.
All further work steps on the printing press, as in postpress, then take place according to the information from the planning board: a click on the plan card gives e.g. all key values for the order freely and grants access to the order folder.
Document The effort required for the job is recorded via simple production data acquisition, ROGLER | MIS: working hours, material, special incidents, comments.
If the machines are integrated in the system, all that remains is to confirm and comment on the machine messages – that’s it!
